Weekly Totals (4/19)

I'm not training for any event, but I think I'll start posting what I do for exercise each week. I've seen other people do it, and it seems like a good way to keep track and maybe maintain some motivation.

Sunday: Nothing
Monday: Nothing
Tuesday: Bicycling 8 miles
Wednesday: Tennis 1/2 hour
Thursday: Bicycling 12 miles
Friday: Tennis 1/2 hour
Saturday: Moving heavy objects
